    I love this product other than the fact i cannot fit my current wine bottles in it. The shelves are to close together and the stand up bottle holders are to small around. I made it work by taking out the top shelf. (So I can only fit two bottles in it.) 750ML bottles and bigger will NOT fit in the stand up holders.

    Service and delivery comments:

    Delivery was prompt, the packaging of the product could have been better but my product arrived in great condition so the packaging that was there did its job.

    The appliance seems to work well enough, and it is attractive. It seems reasonably quiet, though you can hear it when it is running as one would expect. Larger bottles of wine do not fit well, so we purchase smaller bottles now. However, since we now have a place to keep them cool, we have more bottles on hand ready to consume. The vertical storage for opened bottles is one of the main reasons I chose this model, and I really do like that feature.

    Service and delivery comments:

    Delivery was very prompt. However, the item was damaged when we opened the box on Christmas day (upper hinge cover was crushed), and I have not been able to get the broken part replaced. I cannot even get a response from Avanti after Hayneedle punted to them. I am not very impressed with customer service so far. The packaging did not appear damaged, but it apparently does not provide sufficient protection.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

        I ordered this on Thursday and had it on Saturday. I haven't had it long enough to like or dislike it but so far I'm very happy. I like that it has upright bottle storage because we always have open bottles of wine.

          Very easy to set up and get started. I didn't want to clutter my counter top so I was looking for something slender but would hold more than 6 bottles. This is a perfect size! Just be aware that 4 of the 12 bottles it holds have to be upright, which is great if you can't finish a bottle once it is opened - but who does that? Looks nice and fits perfectly into a small area.

            I love the fact that you can have the bottles lay down or stand up. It is slim & attractive, a great addition to any home that has wine.
