Unplug your wine cellar before cleaning to avoid electrical show and make sure to read the manufacturer's instructions before using any cleaning products. To clean this unit, you will need to mix a cleaning solution of warm water and baking soda. Be sure to use a soft cloth or sponge to wipe down your unit to protect the surface from scratches. Rinse the cleaning solution off with warm water and dry with a soft cloth. It is important to detail clean the door gaskets every three months to guarantee a proper seal. To avoid discoloration or damage to your unit, please refrain from using harsh chemicals, ammonia, abrasives, concentrated detergents, solvents, or metal scouring pads.
Moving and Vacation Care
When you are going to be gone for extended periods of time, unplug the unit and clean according to the manufacturer's instructions. To allow air circulation, prop open the door. Move this wine cellar vertically. You can cause damage to the sealed system if you attempt to move the unit lying down.
